Deputy Commissioner Mansa Kulwant Singh IAS , today received Best Election practice award in a state level celebrations of 15th National Voters Day held in Ludhiana. Additional Chief Electoral Officer Harish Nayar hands over this award to Deputy Commissioner Mansa S. Kulwant Singh.
During the state-level function, Kulwant Singh was felicitated for his exemplary services as Deputy Commissioner Cum Election officer Moga during the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
